Photos - More Photos Full Abalone is a new beach cottage located on scenic 30-A, a half-block from the brilliant white sand beach and miles away from the high-rise condo crowds.
The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with marble counters and a gulf-view sundeck. It can sleep up to 12 people in comfort. The master suite has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large TV with home theater system and a walk-out porch. The spacious bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, a double-sink vanity and a separate shower. A second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the second-floor porch. There's a king bed in the first-floor bedroom, two double bunk beds on the second floor, and two twin sofa beds in the tower. The tower has a walk-out sundeck with great views of the Gulf and Oyster Lake. Other amenities include:

pool a few stepsfrom the house The public beach at Dune Allen is about 100 yards from our front door. Check the aerial views or this close-up Google view to see how close we are. A lovely 17-mile paved biking and jogging trail runs past our house and goes all the way to Grayton Beach and Seaside. The shops, restaurants and artists' center at Gulf Place are within walking distance, as is the Santa Rosa Beach Club, which has a public golf course. Questions?
