a new beach cottage located on scenic 30-A, a half-block from the brilliant
white sand beach and miles away from the high-rise condo crowds.

We're
left of the copper-colored roof,
one lot
from the pool and three lots
from the
beach. Causeway Road is now
a
walk/bike path over the lake bridge.
The
house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with
marble counters and a gulf-view sundeck. It can sleep up to 12 people in
comfort.

The master suite has a
king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large TV with home theater system and a
walk-out porch. The spacious bathroom includes a whirlpool tub, a
double-sink vanity and a separate shower.
A second bedroom has a queen bed and shares the second-floor porch. There's
a king bed in the first-floor bedroom, two double bunk beds on the second
floor, and two twin sofa beds in the tower.
The tower has a
walk-out sundeck with great views of the Gulf and Oyster Lake. Other
amenities include:

The public beach at
Dune Allen is about 100 yards from our front door. Check the aerial views

how close we are. A lovely 17-mile paved biking and jogging trail runs past
our house and goes all the way to Grayton Beach and Seaside. The shops,
restaurants and artists' center at Gulf Place are within walking distance,
as is the Santa Rosa Beach Club, which has a public golf course.

Now you can fly to
the beach !
 The new Panama City-Bay County
International Airport (ECP) opening May 23 is only about 35 miles from
Santa Rosa Beach and our front door. Southwest Airlines will have 8 daily non-stop
flights, two each serving Baltimore, Nashville, Houston and Orlando. Board
the 1:05 p.m. flight from Nashville and you can be sipping margaritas
before sunset. Click here to check
Southwest's flights and prices. Panama City Beach currently has non-stop
service from Atlanta and Memphis.
